Highland Brush Mouse

The Highland Brush Mouse (Abeomelomys sevia) is a species of rodent in the family Muridae. It is found only in Papua New Guinea. It is the only species in the genus Abeomelomys, although it has been placed in Pogonomelomys in the past.
